This warranty is one of the most trusted, all-inclusive warranties in the industry. Most adjustments to your jewelry are provided at no cost, including cleanings, polishing, inspections and sizing. Your Championship jewelry should last forever, and Jostens Warranty and Support Team are here for the lifetime of your jewelry to ensure that it does.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Jostens offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on non-jewelry items, as well as bead bracelets and beads. Examples include: paperweights, key chains, and beaded bracelets. If at any time within 30 days of receiving your item, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Jostens for your money back.

Shipping

Jostens Championship products will ship in an average of 6-8 weeks via UPS or USPS.

Product Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, no returns will be granted after production has begun on your product. From your order date, you have three (3) business days to contact Customer Service to cancel your order.

Products may vary in appearance from the product imagery online to in-person. All pieces are hand-made for you, and because of this, each product will be uniquely yours.
